Literary Conferences

Just returned from Killer Nashville. Two things stood out: 1) Contact with agents/editors was helpful and hopefully, profitable. 2) One of the speakers introduced me to Campbell’s “Hero with A Thousand Faces.” I’d read Campbell’s “Golden Bough,” but hadn’t realized the power that common myth has on fiction. I’ll be using it. In fact, I already have–without realizing it.

  1. Recommend you link your blog to your editing website. Perhaps by naming the blog Pinnacle or something along those lines. Brinson1 is too close to the old blog of Brinson. Just a suggestion.
